1
Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our mobile application and platform. This includes:

  • Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and medical preferences that you provide when registering an account or booking an appointment.
  • Location Data: We collect your precise or approximate location information if you allow us to do so, in order to show nearby hospitals, clinics, specialized doctors, and direct route estimations.
  • Medical Information: Appointment history, symptoms selected, medical logs, and doctor reviews that you explicitly enter to complete bookings and share with health providers.
  • Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our services, including search history for doctors, specialties viewed, and app usage patterns.

2
How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for several purposes, including:

  • Providing Services: To operate, maintain, and improve our services, facilitate doctor booking requests, manage patient schedules, and streamline check-in status.
  • Communication: To send you appointment confirmations, reminders, clinic updates, security alerts, and customer support messages.
  • Analytics: To monitor and analyze health trends, page performance, clinic loads, and user activities in connection with our services.
  • Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights, health, and property of our users.

3
Sharing of Information

For our medical booking system to function appropriately, we may share your information in the following ways:

  • With Healthcare Providers: We share necessary details (name, symptoms, booking date) with the hospitals, clinics, or specific doctors you book to facilitate proper scheduling.
  • With Service Providers: We share location details with mapping services for clinic locations, and payment processing details with secure payment processors (like Stripe) to handle digital checkouts.

We will never sell or rent your personal health data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4
Data Security & HIPAA Compliance

We employ robust, state-of-the-art security measures (such as AES-256 end-to-end SSL encryption, secure tokens, and isolated healthcare backend databases) to protect the strict confidentiality and integrity of your medical and personal data. While we strive to use medically and commercially high-end standards to protect your health records, no method of digital transmission or database storage is 100% secure.

5
Data Retention

We will retain your personal and booking records only for as long as is necessary to provide you with seamless healthcare bookings. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with medical record laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our platforms' policies. If you request account deletion, your primary identifiers will be wiped, although anonymized clinical metadata may be retained for public health analytics.
